Hard Lump On Foot, Painful. Applied Ice

Went to Disneyland, walked around and stood around a lot. Came back and had a small hard lump appear on the top of my foot . I massaged and iced it, and in less than a week, it went away for about three weeks. it was painful for me to walk. I also recall before the trip that my toes felt funny but I thought it was just from long days standing. It came back again and I am wondering if long standing days has anything to do with it.
