Hard lump in area of bite. Taken antibiotics. Painful

I was was bitten by a human on my forearm which was fairly severe. I have a hard lump under the skin where I was bitten. I have already been treated by a doctor and given antibiotics . I am just curious how long it will take for my arm to heal and the lump to go away, it is very painful and I cannot use my arm like usual. It has been 2 weeks.

You should probably have a Anti Tetanus shot. This will also help in providing you immunity against Tetanus infection.
Along with your antibiotics, you can also have pain killers and anti inflammatory medicines. Such medicines are present in Allopathic, Ayurvedic and Homeopathic medicines as well.
All of these types of medicine systems provide good relief from the pain and also help in reducing inflammation faster.
