Hand Hurt, Heel Bruised After Slipping. X-ray Showed Dislocation Of Calvicular Joint, Sternum Burns. How To Relieve Pain?

I slipped and fell back landing hard on my left hand; jamming my shoulder and bruising the heel of my extended foot. I didn't realize how serious the injuries were for about five days. X-rays show a possible dislocated sternal clavicular joint and C-5, C-6, C-7 impingement...my left pec at the sternum really burns and I cannot seem to get relief from the pain, even with traction. It has been two months, what exercises can I do to relieve this pain and how do I get the clavicle and ribs back into position?

Hi, thank you for posting at HCM.

To relieve the pain you should use Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory:
Meloxicam 7.5 mg 1 pill a day for 10 days.
You need a x-ray to see the development of the disease. If the result of the x-ray is positive you should contact an orthopedist.

Take Care.
