Hair graying at the age of 20, what is the cure ?

hi im 20yrs old i have problem of grey hair can it be solved and whats the reason for it

mostly it is hereditary unless grossly malnourished
excessive stress and strain also have some effect
exposure to rough weather and carelessness about caring hair also have some effect
have regular exercises and healthy nourishing diet and don't worry for graying hairs

hello dear. grey hair is usually bcoz of hereditary. the hair which hv turned grey cannot b changed. BUT U CAN PREVENT NEW GREY HAIRS BY TAKIG SOME MEDICINES LIKE, tab folihair, and applying oils like folifast lotion. ok alongwith healthy diet containing iron rich food.
