Hair getting thinner. Treatment for hair fall?

Hi, I am AAAAAAA Female, 27 years. My hairs are getting thinner and thinner day by day. Is there any solution for this problem? Can a hair wig be good solution? Is ti good to use good quality wigs permanantely? Thank you.

Hallow young lady how are you ?Hairs reflects health of a person ,thin hairs indicates poor protein intake ,so in hence your protein intake ,like milk ,curd ,gram Dal ,soya products .use a good shampoo and a use conditioner after cleaning hairs .low Hb ,typhoid ,thyroid problem are also big reasons for hair fall so get it done checked .consult your dermatologist in this regard .
I you have no hairs or less hairs ,you may opt for wigs ,wigs are no permanent solution .
