Hair Falling In Clumps, Have Sinus Problems. Deterioration In Hair Quality Related To Sinus?

Hi..i ve had sinus problems for a few years now, and recently my hair started to fall more than normal, it comes off in clumps. i ve done everything I could think of, like improving diet , oiling hair etc, but nothing seems to be working. also the quality of my hair has deteriorated sharply..could it be connected to my sinus problem?

Is the hair loss diffused or localized to a particular area.
Your history suggests more of a condition called chronic telogen effluvium or female pattern hair loss.
A course of biotin based multivitamin. With topical minoxidil twice. A day for a few months should help
