Hair fall problem,diet and shampoo for healthy hair

i am 29 year old my daily hair fall is 10 to 20 hair.I need to know the diet for healthy hair.I wash my hair once in two days.Even i want to know which shampoo is better for my hair.THANKU

Hi...dear XXXXXXXXX..,

Thanks for choosing HCM.,

1) Hair fall 10 to 20 is quite normal...,

upto 100 per day also treated as normal...,

2) Diet of healthy hairs....Carrots, green leafy vegetables..,

Daily 2 times Boiled egg with yellow...,here yellow contains Boitin...

that is Vit B7....useful in good growth and shiny hairs..(Lustre).,

3) There is no limitation of washing .., number of times washing of ...,

hairs could not be give any problem...ok..,

4) Regarding Shampoo.....Good shampoo have the following features...

lequid type, colourless,without smell and conditioning...

It is only cleansing the influence on the growing of hairs..,

some shampoos contains Biotin is good at growth of Hairs...
