Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
From the description it seems, you might be having alopecia universalis.
It is an autiimmunr disorder where one starts losing hair from all over the body . Initially round coin shaped areas of hair loss may emerge which may become extensive to involve whole body.
Treatment is oral steroid or injectable steroid along with immunomodulators like levamisole. If response is not good then contact immunotherapy may be tried.
One has to worry about low testosterone levels only when hair growth is sparse from beginning and male secondary sexual characteristics like masculine voive, axillary or pubic air growth never developed.
Hope that helped.
take care
