Had Vision Problems, Double, Blurred Vision. Cure?

hello my name is Jerry I had some vision problems I saw double and had some bleurd vision I am a 46 yr old female with a 15 yr old daughter ,so I had some concerns being a singaul parent I went to my Dr he sent me for an mri of my brain I have over 30 spots on my brain they tested me for limes that neg. tested me for ms thats neg saw an I Dr 20\20 vision blood work is great and i get pain shotting pain from time to time

hello jerry,
as you are complaining of double vision and you had already done mri brain that is normal.
i being squint specialist, want you to ask whether you see double with both eyes and also on closing one eyes. both condition are different
have proper examination done for any paralytic cause of double vision.
are you a diabetic or any other disease
because diabetic patients have high chance of 6th nerve paralysis they are unable to move eyes outward towards temple.
get proper evaluation done by strabismologists.
