Had unprotected sex, pregnancy test positive. Details of using MTP kit?

dear doctor, i am 18 years old and i had unprotected sex on 14th october.i took unwanted 75 that day itself after periods are due on 20th.but i have not got periods.i had little brown spotting from i have checked through pregnancy test kit and it is positive.i am not in a position to consult gynic.what are the steps i need to take for self abortion using mtp kit

Thanks for your question.

Self abortion using MTP kit is not safe to do at home. It may cause some complications like incomplete abortion and severe bleeding in some cases,so i will suggest you to consult a obg doctor.

Since you are pregnant and you do not want to continue the pregnancy, you can go for an abortion. Using MTP kit is an option but it should be used only under the guidance of your gynecologist as it is associated with some life threatening complications.
