Had unprotected sex, cramps, bleeding. Normal or pregnant?

hi .. dr samuel ...i have a quesion to ask i just wanna kno if u think i am pregnant ..i recently got my mirena removed because of complications so then i went with the pills ..ok so i had sex and used the pillout method while waiting on my pills so i had my period like usual but al but what im concerned about is that ive been gett getting cramps period like cramps and went to the bathroom and i had lil bit of blood on my underwear and also when i cleaned had some bit of blood pinkish looking and ive been feeing like when im about to get my peroid do u think thats normal because of the pills kr is itbcuz im pregnant ihave been feeling nauseated but i think its cuz of the pills

With the IUD in place, patients often are not exactly certain where they are in their cycle. Now you are having symptoms of nausea, cramping and unusual bleeding. The first thing to evaluate is whether or not you are pregnant.
