Had Unprotected Sex Causing Laceration And Cramping. Had Periods With White Flecked Discharge. STD?

I had unprotected sex then my period started. It was very rough, I had lacerations and severe cramping after. Then after my period, mild burning pain had continued in my lower abdomen, along with a thin, white flecked discharge, with no odor. This is strange for me and my discharge is usually clear and doesn't leak out. I'm confused. Do I have an STD?
