Had unprotected sex after periods. Took birth control. What are the chances of pregnancy?

So I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend last night and I accidentally ejaculated inside of her. She just recently got off of her period and she also switched birth controls. Her period ended 3 days ago and we had sex last night. Is she going to get pregnant? I know day 12 and 16 are her most fertile days and semen can survive in a woman for 72 hours. What are the chances of her being pregnant?

If she is taking Birth control pills regularly without missing them then there are no chances of pregnancy.
You said you had sex on 4th day of the cycle so there are no chances along with pills.

Take care
