Had Unprotected Sex. Took Ipill. Got My Periods. Bleeding Is Normal. Now See Light Brown Spotting. Pregnant?

hello,
i am 24 years. i got my periods on 30 august. I had unprotected sex with my husband on 12 th September. Next day i took i pill. And i got my periods on 13th... Bleeding lasts for 5 days as normal period...den after i frequently see brown nd light brown spotting and bleeding for 8 days.....what does it mean..? is it serious issue? Am i pregnant..?

Hi,
Emergency pill causes withdrawal bleed and this is what you had on the 13th of September. Consequent to the use of the emergency pill which causes disturbances in the hormonal milieu, you can expect a delay in your next cycle. It also appears that you have gone into menstrual disturbance. Since you took the pill within the stipulated time, pregnancy is a little risk. Please see a gynecologist for a proper appraisal of the situation and further suggestions.
