Early pregnancy can be aborted with medicine. However, it is not recommended at home. It has several risk like excessive vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, vomiting, fainting etc. You can't control them by own.
Therefore, you must have to consult with local doctor for proper direction, use of the drug & emergency purpose.

Given the positive test, it sounds likely you are certainly pregnant. There is NOT a home remedy that is safe to use to abort a fetus. You MUST discuss this with a doctor or a clinic such as Planned Parenthood if you are in the USA. In the US and other countries, a medication called Cytotec is often used, but under the supervision of a doctor!!
