Had Unprotected Sex. Now Breasts Are Sore, Tender. Vagina Is Red, Itchy. Abdomen Is Swollen. Herpes?

Had unprotected sex last Wednesday. Used pull out method, non fertal time. Breats are now sore and tender. Could I be pregnant? Also...scared I may have gotten herp sy II...it was dark, but with oral, felt like small bumps around head of his penis. My vagina is red, itchy but no yeast infection. Abdomen is swollen. Looked at vagina close in 5x mag mirror. Paranoid about std's my whole life. Noticed red, and could be tiny bumps but unsure, as when I look normally I have normal "bumps". Please help!

Hi, regarding STD,having own openions is not correct, and definitely consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
If it will take time for consultation i to my patients prescribe, fluconazole, cifixime, for temporary relief. Thank you.
