God day Doc... Im 25 recently got unprotected sex. It s been 3 week since i had that...i went to a doctor and they gave me broad spectrum anti biotik...now my sperm got brown coloured..but no same discharge to my sperm.. i had sex with my gf(different partner) and now she had this back ache and itchy but it only come one time and after that it gone.
Some Medicines frequently lead to brown colored urine. I assume your concern are related brown semen (rather than Brown colored sperm).
Following are possible reasons for this problem: -Infection in Urogenital tract -Bleeding in Urogenital tract -Side effects of medicines
You can have semen analysis done to rule out these problem. In my opinion you should continue your medicines, and let your physician know about current problem.
Wish you good health and all the best.
