respected sir i m sharing my father ULTRA SOUND SCAN OF SWELLIN report here.
1. hypoechoic lesion with illdefined margin of size approx 42mm by 24 mm showing increased flow on CD seen in base of toungh region ( mainly on right side)-?

2. few enlarge lymphnode seen in right cervical region, largest of size 36 mm by 16mm showing loss of corticomeddulart differentitation-? 2 'O" neck
advised FANAC/CECT NECK
RESPECTED SIR PLZ TELL ME IS THERE ANY DANGER OF CANCER IN THIS REPORT

You should go for BIOPSY - that is the gold standard for diagnosis / all else guess work..
CT may give better delineation...

This is pretty nonspecific finding,but from my experience it doesnt sounds to me like cancer. These are probably reactively swollen lymph nodes due to respiratory or any other infection. If you want to be sure you should do recommended test and needle biopsy, but I dont think this is malignant.
