Had Two Early Miscarriages, No Fetal Pole Development. Follicular Study Done Before IUI. What Does Report Suggest?

Hello Doctor,
My age is 29 yrs and my question is related to my follicular study. I had two miscarriages in 2 years both the time i had early miscarrige within 5-8 weeks with no fetal pole development.
Though we don"t found any specific problem in various test prescribe by our doctor. This time to be on safe side my doctor has suggested us IUI. For this IUI i had 4 ultrasounds(follicular study) the report is as follows
14 day - ET 8.9mm - Right Overy F1 10mm - Left Overy small
16 day - ET 9 mm - Right Overy F1 12mm - Left Overy small
19 day - ET 9.3mm - Right Overy F1 16mm F2 15 mm - Left Overy small
21day - ET 10.2mm - Right Overy F1 cyst hemorragic 21*18 - Left Overy small
My doctor asked me to let it go this month & see her on 3rd day of my next period
please explain me this report, whether it is normal or there is some problem.

Thanks,
Swati

hi..
you trying to conceive by ovulation induction and iui..
you have given the report of follicular study..
the good news is that your endometrial thickness as on 16 day is good..
but the follicular size is not optimum for the day, it should reach atleast 18mm to trigger to it ovulate by hcg injection..
but the follicle instead of rupturing, it remained in the cyst form, which is not favorable for conception..
as your doctor has rightly suggested wait for 1 cycle, so the cyst should involute/disappear..
before trying with drugs, get hormonal levels on day3 of the next cycle..
all the very best.
