Had Two Abortions, Sticky Discharge Coming From One Of The Breast. Is This Normal ?
Hi Doctor,
My galfrnd had two abortions in last 6 months and now there is sticky discharge coming from one of her breast. Is that a normal procedure? The last abortion was done one month before with the help of pills. Is that everuthing fine with her and has the abortion took place completely?? Please advice on this urgently.
Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic. To make sure that the abortion is complete, you should visit your local specialist and have a transvaginal ultrasound to see if there are remnants of conception or not. As for the sticky discharge from her breast this may be normal but if persistent I advise measuring the serum prolactin (high levels may delay pregnancy and may cause recurrent abortions). Also please make sure that there are no palpable lumps or abnormal disfigurement in her breast. I hope these words were useful to you. Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
