Had Tubligation, Having Signs Of Pregnancy Like Fatigue, Missed Period, Bleeding Gums, Cramping, Frequent Yellowish Stools, Urine Test Negative. What Could It Be?

i have had a tubligation 2 years ago but now showing signs of early pregnancy... fatigue , missed period(late by 9+ days), bleeding gums , mild cramping, frequent yellowish stools , vivid dreams, different-sweet almost smell from discharge ...but i took a urin test and was negetive..what could it be? i have had 3 girls already so i know the symptoms...just dont know what else it could be... renee horrocks age 29

Thanks for query,
Your symptoms of missed periods fatigue,mild cramping are due to delayed periods .
Delayed periods occurs due to hormonal imbalance.
Hormonal imbalance occurs due to shift duty,long working hours,tension anxiety & ovarian lesion.
As you have undergone tube ligation with negative pregnancy test there is no question of pregnancy.
As you have smelling discharge you should check your self for vaginal infection.
