Had Tubal Ligation. Spotting After Bowel Movements, Cramps. Pregnancy Test Negative. Concerned
I'm 30 had tubal ligation ( cut burned) in 2009. Periods are usually regular. Except on may 12th sunday started cycle went for two days stopped for a day then light for three. Thought nothing of it. But on the Monday after i spotted vaginally after bm. This has continued every day, that makes 7 days. Yesterday was clear mucous and blood enough to fill a tissue but that was it. Today it's brown. I have small mild cramps and twinges. Not enough to restrict me but enough to remind me something's not right. Took preg test 3 days ago it was negative. Any thoughts
Hi, Thanks for the query. The possibilities are: -Hormonal imbalance leading to continuous spotting. -Local infection leading to cervical erosion, polyp etc. which can present with white discharge and spotting. So you once consult gynecologist, get examined and if needed go for ultrasound to find out the actual cause for the problem. And with her advice you can go for the treatment.
