General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, you had total hysterectomy, at the age of 39, and using H.R.T,from the age of 41 you started having migraines, and your levels are normal.
It appears that the migraine is due to anxiety, tension ,or cluster head ache,or hypertension I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
