Had Tinnitus, Sore Throat, Dry Cough, Feels Dizzy, Shivering And Cold Hands. Looking For Treatment

I have had tinnitus for some years on a mild basis. And for the last few months had a sore throat and dry cough. A few days ago I had severe tinnitus, dizzy spells, felt sick for a day, shivering and my hands seem cold a lot of the time. Grateful for some info. thank you

tinnitus is symptom can be caused by many problems common are sinusitis the post nasal drip causes ears to block
external auditory canal wax
middle ear infections drum oedema and puncture and inner ear infections and nerve or auditory area of bain
as you have symptomps of soar throat anmd dry cough it is sinusitis
get xray pns waters view to get confirmation and tyreat according to allergfies to prevent further loss
get examined by doctor for these reasons and treat
at time you take antiallergic fexofenadine 120 mg bd
tab cpm night tab flunarazine 5 mg night
add liquid antacid
apply neomycin h ointment in nose bd
sea water 2 drops at night in each nose to clear ear tubes and back of throat
continue till you get diagnosis after consultation
