Had Thyroid Removed. Have Dry Skin, Hair Loss, Wrinkles. Any Suggestions?

Yes, I had my thyroid removed about 2 months ago. I am having very dry skin and hair loss . Noticed too, that my face looks more wrinkled. I am 74 and have wrinkles , of course but seems to be more of them and making me look very old. I have been taking medication for thyroid and have had it checked once, it shows to be in normal range. Any suggestions? I hate this......
