Had Thyroid Removal. Taking Synthroid, Topirimate And Flexire. Developed Blood Pressure, Hair Loss. Normal?

Hi,I am a 37 year old f,who had a complete thyroid removal in 2oo4,and my current meds are synthroid 150mg,topirimate50mg,flexirel25mg,tramadol50mg,lisinopril5mg,finofibrate160mg,and recently cytomel25mg,.My question is my thyroid and overall health has been normal up until about a year ago.within the past year I have gained about 50 lbs.blood pressure,andtryglycerides high,depression,severe toe spasms and foot pains daily,and brain fog and massive hair loss.though all these things are visible,tsh,t4 levels in range

You gain 50 lbs within one year ?
Blood pressure high, in spite of lisinopril ?.
Serum triglycerides high in spite of fenofibrate,
sever spasm toe and foot pain .
H B A 1 c report with blood sugar level is very important.
Diabetes may be a reason .
Physician's advice is very important ,so please consult and get in his opinion.
