Had Thrombosed Hemorrhoid Lanced, Seems Like The Hemorrhoid Is Back. Is This Just Swelling Or Blood Clot?
Hi there! I had a thrombosed hemerrhiod lanced this morning. It s been about 8 hours since it was done. Now it seems like the hemerrhiod is back and a little bit bigger. Is this just swelling? Or another blood clot? Should I go have it lanced again? I was told thrombosed hemerrhiods do not heal on their own.

Thanks for the query. Many times, the hemorrhoid comes back just if lanced; usually they have to be ligated and excised by a surgeon.
