Had Surgery On Right Knee, Mediscal Tear, About 2 Months

Had surgery on right knee, mediscal tear, about 2 months ago. I am in physical therapy at present. Taking tylenol and ibproben for pain. Still in much pain and unable to function normally. Have another doctor appt. the middle of Jan. The pain never stops, seems to be getting worse. Arthritis yes. What should I do to help get better. I can't stand the pain much more. Was better soon after surgery but now much worse.
