Had stuffy sinuses, congestion moved to chest, cough and phlegm. What to do?

A couple of days ago I had stuffy sinuses, yesterday the congestion had moved to my chest and I can now breath through my nose . Minor coughing spells have produced flem which I have spit out as to try not to make myself worse. This morning I woke up with pain in my back between my shoulder blades and still congested in my chest ... what can i do?

it seems you are suffering from acute respiratory tract infection.
Try using warm saline gargle, nasal drops, a mucolytic cough preparation.
Avoid cold and spicy foods.
Try some warm liquids, they will soothe your throat.
You can try steam inhalation.
If situation worsens, contact your family physician immediately.
