Having a stillbirth once does not predispose you to have a still birth again. But given this fact, I would suggest that you start taking folic acid
supplements and get ultrasound
done every 4 weeks starting from the 6th week.
Also, maintain a daily fetal movement
count. You should be counting atleast 4-6 kicks per hour although it varies with each mother and baby. Make a note of your normal fetal kick count and if you notice a decrease or change in pattern of this, report it to your physician immediately.
Also, keep a tab on your blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
You may consider speaking to another gynaecologist at a tertiary level centre.
