Had Steroid Injection For Mid Back Between Spine. Getting Headache, Blurred Vision, Dark Blood Bowel Discharge. Diabetic

After a steroid injection for my mid back, between the spine. The access point was the nap of my neck. My symptoms afterwards have been, 3 days past. Headache and blurred vision since procedure. Day after, my right leg, front upper thigh feels like it has a tension knot, not sure, bothers me. And lastly, today bowel discharge hard dark blood, about half a cup. I am a diabetic and should be bloodletting, but have not. Could that be my bodies own means of discharging the excess blood.
thank you,
matt

Hello,

You're showing signs of injury to the spinal nerves. Blood per rectum is due to internal bleeding and not discharge of excess blood.

Report all this to your doctor immediately. I may advise you to undergo some tests like Ultrasound of the abdomen and MRI of the spine to rule out the above conditions.
