Hello again

That’s good that your entire test are normal,
Leg Muscle cramps are very common in females my advise for you

As you have done all sort of treatment for your knee ,probability remains that persistent pain remains due to injury to open nerve endings.
You may need to take neurotropics like pregabalin with methylcobalamine.
If then also pain persists Knee joint replacement remains the option.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
