Had Sex With Multiple Partner. Pimples On Shaft Of Penis, Not Spreading. Is It STD?
Hello doctor i am 19 and i have had sex with 5 women i was stupid and usually i did not use a condom. Now i have 4 pimples on the shaft of my penis . What do i do!! Is it an STD? How do i treat this... I did shave my penis a while ago and i am prone to ingrown hairs but how do i know if thats what it is. It has been there for approximately a couple of months it hasnt grown or spread so Idk what it is. I do sometimes cum in my boxers then fall asleep could that be the reason why i have kind of like acne on my penis?? PLEASE HELP ME! Sincerely, Trevor

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have few pimples on shaft of your penis since couple of months.
Most probably these are Sebaceous cysts which occur due to accumulation of sebum beneath skin.
Since you have unprotected sex with multiple partners there are every possibility of acquiring STD .
So please get your blood test for STD done to rule out the same.
Take some antibiotics like Doxycycline twice daily for 10 days to prevent these cysts from getting infected.
Get prescription of the drug from your family Physician.
