Had Severe Pops While Getting Up. Had Dizziness, Nausea. Unable To Bend Knee. Advice?

I was squating for about a min and half and when I went to get up there was two sever pops and i collapsed to the floor and the pain was so bad i was dizzy and nausesa. When I tried to bend the knee I could not bend it and when I did get it bent it wouldnt straigten without phisacally doing it myself. I cant bend it at all and it burns and feels like pressure inside the knee.

Hi. It sounds as though you may have torn a meniscus--cartilage inside the knee--and the piece is locking up your knee. You can use ice and elevation for now, but you need to get an MRI of the knee as soon as possible
