Had Severe Bronchitis Causing Chest Pain Between Breastbones. Also Face Becomes Grey. Recommendations?

My niece had a recent bout of severe bronchitis . About a month ago. Since then she has pretty constant chest pain mid between breastbones. She has these episodes where all of a sudden her face goes completely grey - absolutely like all the color has drained from her. I think it could be heart related now. She has intermittent abdominal swelling as well. Could you give me some things to ask her MD please?
