Had Rotator Cup Surgery. Now Having Severe Pain In Bicep Muscle. Normal?
i had rotator cup surgury 3 months ago my motion is good exsept behind my bak and to the side but i have been exsperiencing sever pain in the bisept muscle and sometimes into the elbow and hand i might just turn my wrist the wrong way or move my arm in a rotatating motion and i get sver pain in the bisept muscle not the shoulder is this normal

The pain you are having can be due a frozen shoulder or a muscle spasm after the surgery. You need to have oral anti inflammatory pain killers with hot fomentation and regular physiotherapy for relief.
