Had Radical Hysterectomy Done. Tried Yoga And Pulled Psosas Muscle. Pain Through Abdomen, Hip And Lower Back. Remedy?

I had a radical hysterectomy on July 12, 8 weeks ago and a week ago tried some very light yoga and I think I pulled the psosas muscle on my left side. I had to go to emerg last night because of the intense aching all through my abdomen and hip and lower back.I thought perhaps I had a kidney infection because I felt chills. I was fine in the morning but ever since the yoga the psoas groin muscle that lifts the knee has been in pain. Lately the pelvis aching has been worse in the afternoon evenings. Is this the psoas over use and being pulled from the yoga and what will heal it the quickest. I have been trying to lie down as much as possible. Is that my only answer? The doctor on call in emerg just prescribed pain killers because my temp was normal and did a urinalysis.
