Had partially unprotected sex. Taken plan B. Brown discharge, sore breasts. Pregnant?

I am on Yaz and have been for 5 years and took plan b at the end of September and my period was late for October and I missed two or three pills not in a row, and the condom slipped, took plan b again the day my period was due and it has been late by 6 days and I had one blip of redish pink discharge and on and off light brown discharge now. Only my left breast is sore. Is there a chance I may be pregnant?

unprocted sex with brown discharge . may suggestive of pregnancy go for urine pregnancy test and ultrasound test
