Had Paralysis Attack In Left Side Of Body, Not Able To Eat, Have Fever. What Are The Remedies?

hi my mother faced paralysis attack last week she is 70 it happend in left side face hands leg she has been admitted in nursing home and discharged after one week with medicine now she is not able to take meal due to face not open properly movement of hand and legs fully stopped suffer from fever also.

please suggest remedies.
