Had pain in forearm. Arms fall asleep at night. Cure?

My partner has a dull aching pain in his right forearm in between the wrist and elbow but closer to the elbow region. He has had this for a few months and although has improved slightly he is now feeling the same in his left forearm. His arms hurt mainly when bent and he gets relief when he straightens them. Arms also fall asleep a lot overnight.

Hello ,

thanks for writing to us
The cause of frequent problem -this kind of pain is due to compression of nerve because of spinal disc bulge. Nerve compression lead to radiating pain, which aggravated on long time sitting in same particular position.

Another differential is you might be havingtennis elbow.
Do MRI cervical spine ,there might be nerve compression.

you may need methylcobalamine , muscle relaxant with analgesic

take rest , , hot or cold fomentation
avoid lifting weights

physiotherapy - SWD ,IFT WILL HELP
