Urologist 's  Response
hi,
Since there are no pus cells in urine examination, urinary tract infection is unlikely. However you are having blood in your urine which you should be concerned about. Since infection is less likely, most likely cause could be stones in the urinary tract. Ultrasound examination of the abdomen or CT scan abdomen will help in diagnosing the cause for your symptoms. I advise you to consult a urologist before getting any investigation done.
