Had Oral Sex. Does It Cause HIV Or Any Kind Of Infection?

Hi, I m a 37 year old man. Have been in a monogamous 17 year marriage to my wife no cheating by either. I tried a new massage therapist on Thursday this week and at the end of the session she placed a eye pillow on my eyes and then as I was relaxing she lifted back the covers and began toto perform oral sex. I told her to stop but she wouldn t before I could wiggle free she had already brought me to climax. I m scared to death as I read on the internet that it s not possible to get hiv this way but other places aren t so resolute. I haven t told my wife because it would destroy our matti age even though I was really assaulted, she also wants to have sex this evening and I m afraid if this girl passed something to me I could infect her. Can you help ease my anxieties

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Let me explain , so that you clear your doubt.
Although H I V can be isolated typically in low titers from SALIVA of a small proportion of infected individuals, there is no convincing evidence that SALIVA can transmit H I V infection either through kissing or through oral sex.

In addition ,a number of soluble salivary factors inhibit HIV to various degree in vitro.
Here I wan to say that there is no chance of you got an infection.
Good luck. Dr. HET
