Had Open Mesh Repair Of A Recurrent Right Inguinal Hernia , Pain In Right Testicle, Thigh, Diagnosed As Genitofemoral Neuralgia, Get Premature Ejaculation. Cure?

4 months ago I had an open mesh repair of a recurrent right inguinal hernia . Immediately after the surgery it was clear that something was wrong, with a pain in my right testicle and down my right thigh. It was diagnosed as genitofemoral neuralgia . After a course of nerve block injections, the pain has largely subsided, however I still get premature ejaculation and a noticeable drop in seminal fluid when I do ejaculate. I am 27 years old and otherwise healthy. Could they have caught a tube and can it be repaired?

Hello,
It is not essential that you are a diabetic,if glucose is found in urine.
Glucose can be found in urine in normal individuals ,if you have taken a large sweet meal beforehand or if there is low renal threshold for sugar.
As far as your reports are concerned ,the level of 6.2 corresponds to appox. 112 mg.If this is a fasting report, then it may be classified as pre- diabetic but if it is a PP reoport or a random report, then it is normal.
Similarly a level of 7.4 mmol corresponds to appox.134 mg.
If this is fasting then you are a diabetic but if it is a PP or a random report, then it is normal.
You should get a fasting sugar,PP sugar and HBA1c level done to see whether you are normal,pre-diabetic or a diabetic.
Thanks
