Had Lrti Surgery And Still Having Pain. Feels Stiffness In Thumb. Any Suggestion?

hi 6 weeks ago i had lrti surgery i am still having pain. from what i have read, i will need to be in my brace for at least 3 months sometimes i am my own worst enemy trying to do too much with my left hand (surgery hand). i have not required much therapy--most of it i can do at home. iam able to touch all my digits and lay my thumb flat to my hand but my thumb feels feels stiff after doing exercises--especially in am--any suggestions?
