First of all, I suggest you to undergo one blood test for beta hCG to rule out pregnancy.

On NEGATIVE test, reasons could be hormonal imbalance, stress/ anxiety, thyroid problem, wt gain/ extreme loss, irregular eating habits etc.

Do some initial investigations to rule out underlying pathology like Pelvic USG, Thyroid profile and other hormone assay etc. So consult with your doctor and take suggestive measures.

Tender breast is MOSTLY due to effect of progesterone hormone. Use tight breast support for discomfort and take prime rose cap daily. Avoid stress, take healthy diet, control body wt and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Take care yourself.
