how old are you? had you have your thyroid functions done? during your attacks do you faint, how are your peripheries ( hands and feet, are they cold or warm), do you feel numbness in your hands? your symptoms indicate that your might be having anxiety or panic attacks, however you should first rule out any organic cause get your thyroid profile and an ECG done. If your tests come out to be normal. then its highly probable that you might have anxiety disorder.
