Hi. I banged my right leg on concrete pretty hard, and ever since I ve been getting cramps . At first my knee started hurting, but then it stopped after 2-3 days. Now at least once a day, I get a cramp in my right leg. Is there anything I can do to stop the cramps? Also, when I kneel my right knee hurts. Help please? I am 14 years old.

Hello. Thanks for the question. You can try few things - Rest, elevation of limb, ice application, drinking adequate water with some salt, compression bandage and oral analgesics. But if still symptoms continue or progress then you need to get xrays and if need MRI of knee done.Prior to this consultation with doctor would be needed.I hope that answers your question.Regards.
