Had Headache, Numbness, Pressure Pounding Sensation. What Is Going On?

I've had a headache for 3 days now and there's a spot on my head that feels almost numb. It happens every couple minutes and lasts for a few seconds. It feels as there's almost a pressure pounding from the inside on the right top side of my head. That spot doesn't hurt when that happens, my entire head hurts but the spot is what scares me. It feels almost heavy where I need to hold the spot or my head until it stops. My neck and spine hurt as well.

Hi,
If the headache is due Migraine, usually it is unilateral, where as for your pain is there in the whole head and you feel that as though pressure pounding from inside to the right top. At that time you don't feel pain in a particular spot and you feel numbness at that spot. Some time it is so heavy you have to hold your head. you also have pain in neck and spines.
The causes may be in the brain or cervical spine. CT brain & MRI of cervical sine to be done immediately to find out the causes. Meanwhile do routine blood test, BP, Sugar and ECG.
Treat the cause if there is any.
Best wishes
