My son is 4 years old. He had fever for few times in the last 1.5 months. fever from 100 to 102. He had cold , cough and chest conjetion. Docter gave us Allegra at the begining. Later gave levolin ang asthelin 0.7ml nebulization for almost 10 days.
Now he suffers from fever again. we have done a bolld test and the WBC count is 0000. What might be his problem. Now docter gave him Augmenten DDS and febrex plus. he still has cold , cough. should i go for any other tests?

No need for other tests now.

He seems to be going in for allergy followed by wheezing

If possible try to find out any obvious allergen like dust, cold exposure, citrus fruits etc.

Good luck
