Most eczema is an internal issue that expresses on the skin. The lymph nodes can be swollen due to reacting to an infection, environmental stimulus, or food. I would start with a hypoallergenic diet: avoiding dairy, soy, gluten grains, potato, eggs, processed foods, fruit juices, and table sugar. Castor oil topically to her belly and oral probiotics.
